Take your dinner around 9.30. Avoid all kinds of soft drinks, avoid smoking,reduce spicy foods. Add more vegetables, drink more butter milk. Take guloochyadi kashayam, tab.sankha bhasma,parooshakadi leham one tsp at bed time. Make your mind relaxed and calm because stress will increase the acid secretion.
