Hi Doctors, From sometime I am having bloating and gas issues. But recently, I have felt acidity and also a burning sensation in my food pipe when eating certain foods . Also, there is some discomfort/heaviness on my right side of abdomen, some pain points which occasionally keep changing from stomach to flank area. I am 37 years old, weighing 89 kgs and height 5 f 8 inches. I have a fasting blood sugar level of 124 and H1bac 7.1. Kindly suggest your suggestion.

How long do you have this problem? Do you take alcohol? Take tab pantaprazole 20mg one morning and one evening for 10 days. Syp mucaine gel 5ml every 8hours for 1 week
Next Steps
Take small frequent meals, containing more of green vegetables and fresh fruits, specially Pappaya.  Take evening meals early. Avoid spicy, oily, food. Drink more water.

According  to Indian  school of though  u r a diabetic. You need ppbs2 means a test after consumption of 75 gms of glucose. U need to follow  strict diabetic diet advised by DIATICIAN.
