Acidity attacks

It starts with a pain below the chest slowly graduating to breathlessness, this lasts for 10 mins. I have to take eno and pan D to get it under control. I feel so tired after an episode. Earlier I used to get in at least once a month. For the last 6 months I didn't experience an episode but it happened last week. What is this? Is it due to gall stones?

Hi.. your symptoms of breathlessness and pain just below the chest warrants an evaluation from a physician.. gall stones if infected will give u a pain not settling in 10 mins atleast.. it will make u land up in the hospital owing to its pain and associated symptoms..there is something called as biliary colic which comes and goes but breathlessness can not be explained in that scenario.. u better get an ecg done and drop into a nearby physicians clinic..
Next Steps
Next time if possible get ur blood pressure and pulse checked at the time of symptoms
Health Tips
avoid stressful situations

Have to take an ECG to rule out chest pain first ( Angina/ MI )....and then you may need upper GI endoscopy.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician soon.
Health Tips
If ECG is normal, consult a Gastroenterologist .
