Are these blood reports normal? I am taking antibiotics as doctor said there might be some infection. Does these reports indicate serious infection or the type of infection?

Hello dear Blood reports seem to be normal apart from mildly raised PT-INR which may be due to blood thinners you might be taking TLC looks normal so chances of infection are grim.
