Acid Reflux
Since last night I have been having acid reflux . Morning before breakfast I have taken one Nexpro Rd 40. No relief. Have had my lunch an hour ago. What medicine can I take to stop reflux now.
Any antacid containing sodium alginate can offer temporary relief but you might need a consultation/ endoscopy for a more structured management. You can try avoiding coffee,tea, oily and spicy foods as of now to avoid worsening of the reflux.
