Acid reflux has multiple causes such as sleep disturbances, irregular/unhealthy eating habits, medication usage, sedentary lifestyle, high stress levels, lack of pre and probiotics in diet. Try to regularize your sleeping habits, regularize meal timings and eat healthy balanced meals. Add probiotics such curds/yogurt in your diet, exercise or atleast go for a brisk walk for 30mins, it’l help curb the stress levels. For medication get a consultation done.
