When surgery is required in acid reflux,last time i took medication for acid reflux for 5 days but it starts again after 2 days

It depends upon if your symptoms are controlled on medication or not and also if you are refractory to medication then you need to undergo endoscopy and ph manometry so that we can decide how bad is condition

You don't require Surgery. Consult doctor take medicines first get reports  then think about surgery
