Hi there - I am abroad in Greece from the UK and I fell onto the pavement Tuesday this week. I hit my chin on the ground and badly grazed my arm also. I'm taking Zinatol to avoid infection for the grazes but I have been getting bad head pain. Slightly dizzy as well. Is it normal to have this or have I got a concussion? Or even worse, could I have c
