Achalasia Cardia Problem

Dear Sir - My sister is going through Achalasia Cardia Problem since last 2.5 years . She has gone through the surgery in oct 2017 however with in the period of 5-6 months, she started facing the same problem related to food digestion. Her symptoms are Chest pain, water and food comes from food pipe. I am attaching her all reports kindly suggest what can be done here. Also please refer the best hospital/Doctors in India. I suggest to do barium swallow, oesophageal manometry. If LES pressure is more she will require Ballon dilatation or reoperation of symptoms troubling her a lot . You can come to Mumbai contact me via Practo.
