Hello doctor, i accidentally bited my tongue while eating. It is paining very severely. Bleeding a lot. How the heal the bitten area?

maintain oral hygiene. ..oral mucain gel ll relieve your pain. .. it ll heal in next 5 days. . ensure proper nutrition
