I have an itchy accident scar(lump) on my left hand and the skin texture is glossy over it, how do I stop this? Is there any way that i can remove this lump?

It seems like a keloid or hypertrophic scar . There are various gels which can be tried to reduce them . If that doesn't help then we csn even try Intralesional Triamcinolone acetonide injections 2-3 sittings in a gap of 3 weeks .
