Access of sputum/cough andweak digestion

I have been having cough problem for 1 month. and weak digestion system. Notably , TB (tuberculosis) HAS BEEN FACED BY ME five years ago. But it was treated. And last test reports which is conducted one years ago was still ok. Why I am facing cough problem again and again. Can somebody tell me whom should I consult . Waiting for your response. Thank you
