Acanthosis nigricans around neck and armpits I am overweight and hypothyroid problem

It is mainly because of being overweight. Regular physical exercise,  dietary changes and gradual weight loss is essential.
Next Steps
tests: fbs, plbs, lipid profile, sgpt, creatinine. regular blood pressure check.
