Yesterday i met an accident, doctor suggesties to take an xray X ray shows ac joint subluxation. What is the remedy for this?

AC joint subluxation has got different grades. If you can post tour xrays, it will help to know how severe it is. Most of the mild one are treated with rest and painkillers. Physiotherapy will follow once pain reduces. You will notice a lump over your shoulder even after it has fully healed, that is normal for this kind of injury
