ABVD is highly emetogenic chemotherapy. It will cause Nausea. Use Ondansetron, Dexamethosone, apprepitant and olanzapine for nausea and vomiting. Vinblastine is a vesicant chemotherapy drug that may have resulted in pain in chemotherapy administered hand and it can also cause abdominal pain and constipation. Use Hot pack on the hand and lactulose if required for constipation. I can’t explain the reason for your unilateral Neuropathy. Take pregabalin if significant neuropathy present.
