I have tight foreskin problem..wanted to remove and clean the penis...advise at the age of 25, is it okay to go for it?? If yes please tell the benefits and drawbacks...also advise the doctors at Hyderabad??? Cost they charge for the surgery...thank u..

Surgery at ur age is ok.It will be beneficial for u for easy intercourse after surgery. Without surgery many patients have problem during sex due to tight skin.some times it swells and painful during first night sex. About cost and hospital u can search surgeon near u and enquire.
