Hello doctor...my son s in in class 4...he s a good student in class...but at home...he never use to do his duties properly...right from brushing...bathing.. eating...it goes on...he forgets to put back d things at it's place...he forgets everything... especially wen he was eating... watching TV... comp.. or phone...he even tells lot of lies..nowadays...v both ve told .. softly..be scolded n even beat him..but everything in vain.,..he forgets even tat...he had absence of mind in all things ...he even bedwet...v wonder how he could study well..get good marks..even his behaviors is good wen compared with similar age group boys...pls do help us to resolve this problem...it's himself or ourselves need to c a physiciatrist...pls..

All of you. So that details about behaviour can be taken from parents and the Psychiatrist can observe the child's behavior and do certain tests if required. The earlier you start the treatment the better it is because from what you've told,  the problem behavior is happening at home and not in school or with friends.
