Hi
i have an abscess in my lower pre moler teeth gum which is very painful,i can't open my jam and not even chew properly from last 25 days.
please suggest.

Really sorry to hear you're in pain. An abscess can be gum related or tooth related, so it won't resolve by itself. Kindly visit a dentist nearby for further treatment.
If it's tooth related, you might need an RCT and antibiotics as well. Please see a dentist before it worsens further. Hope you get better soon.
