Hi My husband had surgery few days back for sebaceous cyst . He had been under incision and drain process . Now they had given him tablet to recover. He have surgical wound hole in his left shoulder. My query and is that what are vegetable and fruits he can intake to heal that wound and what needs to be avoided. Can he have elephant foot yam is it good for him ? Will it help to heal
