If available  go  for  it  but  sputnik v  and  covishield  has  more  efficacy  for  delta variant than  pfizer ,so  we have already  affected with  delta  then  just  go  for  those  which  I mentioned,  and  covishield  dosage  is  84days  apart  and  sputnik v  is  28days  apart. So.
