About pregnancy??

I done with my beta hcg blood test it shows like 2 week pregnancy and the level is 61.5 miu/ml. To confirm my pregnancy I done with transvaginal scan from that they said my fetus is too thicken and they unable to find my sac yolk. Is that means am pregnant????
