I didnt skip my periods yet. But iam suffering from low backpain and thighs pain and my breasts are paining. Is there a chance of getting pregnant this time.

No one can predict.If already crossed the due date then do pregnancy test by Bhcg.It is confirmatory test.If negative means no pregnancy .Then take the tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting to gynaecologist and wait for period.
