My wife getting follicular study day 10 th right ovary is 9 mm and left ovary is MSF and day 12th right ovary is 10 mm and left ovary is 14×10 is there any problem plz help us to fertilise

You need to keep on tracking follicle growth. A follicle of 20mm s mature to release egg. If this a spontaneous cycle then try ovulation induction if she doesn't conceive in this cycle.
