My wife missed the period and almost more than 45 days had pass and she check 3times by preganency kit in this interval of 45days but all time result is negative kindly suggest on this

There are various cause of missed period beside pregnancy. Hormonal imbalance like thyroid, disturbed fish.,lh,  high prolactin level , pcos etc so consult gynecologist for correct diagnosis n treatment plan.
