I had taken only one escitapram 10 mg precribed by psyctarist for anxiety but next day during masturbation suddenly my ereection get loose and from throic area of back cold sensation came and after it my ed perist for 1 year and only 1 escitapram 10 mg I took why it happens and why cold sensation came from back and why 1 year not improving however I took only 1 escitapram

Escitalopram can cause erectile dysfunction, but as you have said that you had taken only one escitalopram. After a single 10-mg dose, persistent ED for several days is more likely to have another contributor—anxiety/performance anxiety, baseline sexual dysfunction, sleep/stress, alcohol, other medications, etc.
