HELLO,   AS WE GROW IT DISAPPEAR IN MOST. IT'S CALLED A VESTIGIAL ORGAN, BUT NOW IT'S PROVED IT ACT AS PROTECTIVE ORGAN LIKE RECURRENT SORE THROAT, PHARANGITIS ETC. SO IF IT'S PRESENT , IT'S O.K. O.K BYE.
