Sir whenever i hit gym or ever make my body warm. I feel needling all over body and itching and this is so uncomfortable for me. Sir plz tell me cause and solution of this problem

It’s better if you can send pictures if there are skin lesions. You can take Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg at night for now.
