Hello sir I want to know that I drink a lot water and goes to washroom many times does it safe or not And also Sir I noticed my underwear a little wet when I wakeup in morning why it should be , although i drink little water at night before sleep Please help me out

Hi, its good habit to hydrate ur self, morning wet ness can be due to residue of urine over penis. U can consult me online if u have any further doubts.
