My 2 scans last week scan and yesterday scan didn't showed any growth and heartbeat. so my doctor suggested to abort it. In my 6 week also no improvement was seen in growth still 12mm with no heartbeat.last week I have given injection still no improvement is seen. please give me a suggestion.

Yes.. It must be missed abortion. Better to get it aborted.. sorry for ur loss
