Inadequate or Irregular intake of MTP pills can cause many complications like incomplete abortion, excessive bleeding, infection, septic abortion etc Rarely it may prove lifethreatening also. Please get an ultrasound also to find out exact duration and location of pregnancy. Rarely it can be an ectopic pregnancy and MTP pills wont work in such cases instead may land you up in complications
