Stones are formed in gall bladder which is closely situated with liver. This condition of stones in fall bladder is called Cholelithiasis
Next Steps
Kindly undergo following 1) clinical examination for signs of acute cholecystitis 2) CT Abdomen & Pelvis with oral & iv contrast 3) Liver function test, Complete blood count & coagulation profile

Surgical intervention(cholecystectomy ) is required if diagnosis comes out to be Cholelithiasis
