About inflammation developed in colon

Hi maam / sir my grandmother after receiving chemo radiation for ca cervix developed post inflammatory inflammation and fibrosis of colon for which colostomy was done gradually bleeding subsided but pain is not yet decreased..its been 4 months .. she is not under any medication except for ultracet which is giving only relief for sometime.. she has not been given any medication for ulcer to heal or pain to subside could anyone suggest a solution to reduce pain and heal ulcer...

Go with repeat CT scan.That tells you 2 things: 1.Disease status as it was post definitive CTRT case 2.Radiation induced proctitis
