Himalayan neem face pack should be used on wet face or dry face? And should we apply it with water or without water? Please answer them separately and as early as possible

Hello! This pack is to be used on dry skin after cleansing your face thoroughly. If you have purchased a pack which is in tube you may apply a layer of the mask n let it dry. Once dry wash it off with normal water. It may dry out your skin a little as it contains Fuller's earth. If this pack is available in powder form then water needs to be mixed to make a paste before application.
