Your stress is probably causing all of this bodily discomfort you have mentioned. I would advise you to try a relaxation technique called Jacobson's Progressive Muscle relaxation. It is very effective especially in physical symptoms of stress and the video tutorial is easily available on YouTube. If the discomfort lasts, you can visit a psychiatrist.
