I am medical student. I have done echo comes normal. To renowned cardiologist, my respect fully request to plz clarify my confusion. Plz plz I am in confusion. 1.What is the exact LA ? Is on A or A+B? in image uploaded Is LA DIALATED 2.0What is the tubular structure B ? PLZ CLARIFY MY QUESTION। THANKS ADVANCE IN PLAX WINDOW ।

A is LA which is not dilated.  B is descending thoracic aorta( its off plane image)
