Hello I'm taking petrol beta 20 half tablet, my doc precribed 20 mg due to panic i taken half tablet for 7 months nw doc slow the the strenght to 10 mg ...again i taking half tablet...i occuring tribble tremors and sleepless ness and physical symptoms ...so pls help me how to manage it ...

Why Ur using half of 10 mg ?? What's ur understanding...about this dose ?? Ask urself.... Do you know the dose in which people use beta blocker is 80 to 120 mg ....using 20 mg is not a bad thing. 2nd if u want permanent solution try cbt
