My blood sugar fasting and pp are in control by the medicine. But in routine urine it has been seen that glucose level are positive. Is it leading to a serious health issue.

Certain medications work by flushing out extra blood  sugar into urine. They can cause this kind of urine results. This will not lead to serious health issue.
