I am been diabetic past 6 months, as my mother is type diabetic past 35years. My question is whether any possibility is there to avoid tablets which I am taking "glycomet gp1 " by doing proper excercises?.

Hi It's generally not possible... It Al depends on blood sugar levels.... Doing regular exercise will definitely stabilize sugar levels...
