Check if you have normal pubic hair. If yes, you dont have to worry about beard... all is well with you. Beard, mustaches and chest hair appearance can take some time for a lot of people. This is due to genetic factors. For some, the beard does not respond to testosterone or will respond at a later age. Thats perfectly okay. For a total reassurance, see a physician near you.
