About baby
Hello, my baby is one n half month old now. Feeding is proper , he is very active! From 2days he was crying while urinating! Doctor suggests Colimax drops but m not satisfied with his words, done with a urine analysis and the result is Pus cells 20-25 ,Ep cells2-4
Another doc suggests Bactoclav ds !
Is there any risky condition in my baby ? Can UTI will be treated with antibiotic now only ? How much tym it takes to cure?or any other suggestions please I'm worried:(

This looks like urine infection. Urine infection is proven by urine culture if it is possible to collect sample properly.
cause of urine infection needs evaluation. See a Pediatric Nephrologist.
Also antibiotics are required to treat urine infection
less than 3 month old needs to be monitored closely that they remain active and feed well, otherwise may need I/V antibiotics
