I've got compulsions very high and getting sensations in different parts of my brains, feels sleepy, not feeling fresh and vivid dreams(illogical) yesterday but sometimes I also feel calm, should I stop taking medication and talk to my doctor about it.

Hello, usually it does take some time for the medicine to get its desired effect. So just wait or you can consult another psychiatrist for a second opinion.
