We had anal sex a day ago their is bleeding while going for toilet in my wife Anus is their any need to worry or treatment for it .

Yes treatment is needed otherwise she will get pain during passing the motion.Atleast she should take pain killer and some ointment for local use.Till healing donot do anal sex.Laxative also you should use for free stool.
