In my internship at my workplace, I went through three months without calling a colleague by his name or calling him sir. There is two options to call this colleague; either by his name or brother or sir. But I didnt choose any lf these for three months. Isnt it weird that I was so stuborn without making a decision till I left the company after three months. Lets take for example his name is Ronaldo. He is couple of years older than me. I am worried if I call him sir I would become his subordinate and they wont hear me properly to what I have to say. If I call him anna(brother), then also there is that subbordination. He is elder and senior to me at the workplace so its justifiable to call him brother or sir. I think what my problem is I want to call him with something permanent. Lets say if I call him sir I want to call him sir for the rest of my life. I dont want to call him sir infront of him and by his name behind him. whats wrong with me.
