I took a pregnancy test which came out positive. I am late by about a week now. What is the procedure for abortion in such a case. Is there any permanent effect?

Hi there, for abortion you may go for either medical or surgical line of treatment. For medical abortion we usually give Mefi and Maso combination to our patients after explaining pros and cons of it.Surgical method is dilatation and curretage, carried out under general anesthesia.
