Abortion n b hcg levels

One week ago i was given injection folitrex 50mg to end my 5 week old ectopic pregnancy.. but i didnt bleed after the injection. Now my b hcg level is 6.42 miu/ml .does it means abortion is completed or i need to take another dose of folitrex ?
