I recently got married in Oct and I became pregnant and I had to go for an abortion through pills. Today I tested positive through the testing kit. However we are still not ready. Is it safe to go for an abortion again?

You are already gone through the abortion at once and second time you are conceived and according to you you are not ready mentally.
It's not safe to go for repeated abortion, as it may need complications and may lead to infertility it is better to consult any OBG specialist, & get opinion.
