Hi. We had intercourse on 15sep and pregnancy kit test is positive now. I am not sure how many weeks of pregnancy and also we are not yet married so We want to abort. Tell the process , Side effects and care to be taken. In Hyderabad. How much it cost? How long it takes body to recover? How much time it takes to do this? 100% accurate results after doing it still any chances of being pregnant. Can we avoid using pills? Or abortion is mandatory.

If pregnancy test is positive then if you don't have the pregnancy then it should be aborted. Secondly there are two procedure of abortion one is surgical and second is by medicine.
