As you didn't get proper bleeding after pills, have to confirm pregnancy by ultra sonography. If yes and live pregnancy ideally go for d and e. If pregnancy is there but no cardiac activity may repeat only meso as per your Dr's advice, and if no pregnancy nothing to worry.
