Abnormal Yolk Sac in 8 Week Pregnancy

My wife is pregnant for 54 days. While checking yesterday our doctor described that the yolk sac is abnormal. The size is 93 which is too large for this week. She also explained that the growth of the child may obstruct due to this problem. We are worried. Please give a consultation.
