About a week ago my throat started feeling tight and swollen and sometimes making it seem like it's hard to breathe though it's not, and a few days ago I had diarrhea that lasted until the day before today. I had night chills for one day and now I have pain in stomach like it's swollen and burning in my area down people and constantly feel like I have to urinate..it's uncomftorable and I don't know what's being because nothing matches all these symptoms

well its sign of two three simultaneous pathology. frst it cud be bronchospasm which cud be due to hypersensitivity of airways to any sort of allergen nxt looks like acute gastritis cud be due to contaminated food and the third is sign Of UTI whre u hd fever with chills and increase frequency of urination..it embolds its diagnosis if there is burning sensation associated with urination
